Learning To Exercise – Fast Weight Loss Diet and Exercise Plan

This is one of the most difficult tasks anyone will ever face, but it is not one that is impossible! Alex and me have helped hundreds of individuals overcome their obesity! Below, I will attempt to do the same for you!

The Diet Plan

When it comes to loosing weight and keeping it off, the secret is consuming low calorie foods. You want to choose foods that are high in nutrients and low in calories. Whole foods are the best form of nutrition. Although it is possible to consume apple juice and receive some nutrients, eating the whole apple is much more effective! Suffice to say, you shouldn’t be afraid of consuming the apple’s skin. Remember that diet is extremely important for any fast weight loss diet and exercise plan!

When To Eat

Do you remember that old saying, “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day?” Always make sure that you eat breakfast. After sleeping for 8 hours at night, your body needs sustenance in the morning for mental and physical focus. You should eat breakfast within one hour of waking up to stimulate your metabolism.

Lunch should always be the biggest meal of the day. This is the time of day that your body is going to break down and absorb food nutrients. By eating the biggest meal in the middle of the day, it will give your body the calories needed to stay active.

Dinner should be scheduled early and it should be a light meal. You want to make sure that you eat at least two hours before you lay down for the night. If you want your metabolism to work more efficiently, it requires the rest at nighttime to restore itself.


Exercising is a very important part of any weight loss plan. Exercising helps you burn calories, boost energy, improve your mood, and enhance the overall quality of your life. However, this part will not be easy and you will need to make a commitment to it. Remember that you are going to be consuming a low-calorie diet as well, so you really want to make sure that you do not do any exercises that would be too strenuous. At this point, you’re likely new to exercising.

For newbies, it is best to ease into the exercises.

You want to start out by taking a brisk walk for 15-30 minutes everyday. The idea of this whole plan will be to build up gradually. After a week, you want to increase your brisk walk to 30-40 minutes everyday. You can even perform these activities more than once a day, if you are up to it. Also, keep in mind that you do not have to walk. You could always bike, hike, or swim.


At the end of the day, losing weight quickly and healthily is all about formulating a solid plan! Eating healthy and working out regularly is necessary and should not be ignored! The combination and dedication will ultimately provide you with the results that are desired!
