Over the past few years, Probiotics have become more well-known across society. These probiotics have become publicized by celebrities and those who value health and wellness. Thus, it has sparked a unified conversation that wants to learn exactly what these probiotics are and how they can only improve our health.  In order to better understand what Probiotics are, it is imperative to understand the science behind why one would even want to consume Probiotics.
