As I mention earlier you must force yourself to do at least 30-40 minutes of exercise like swimming, running or just walking around the house or climb the staircase in your house. If you don’t have 30 minutes for exercising, try on a slow phase up to 15 minutes than gradually increase it until you reach at least 30 minutes .Make an effort to do it as long as not less than 30 minutes of physical exercise . You can also try to do some type of aerobic activity in the course of a week or try brisk walking, most days of the week. These exercises can condition your heart and lungs and can prevent you from diseases. Most people just lazy to exercise and find excuses not to do any exercise at all. They just want to eat anything they want and forget about the health risk to their precious body.
