Diet Plan Women Should Get Into Before Their Wedding Day

Your wedding is the most important day of your life. Especially for women. It’s the day you dream about as a little girl. And when it finally gets here, you want to make sure you look your absolute best. Many of us plan our wedding a full year in advance. If that’s you then great. You have plenty of time to start getting in shape and transforming your body. But don’t take this extra time for granted. Get started now so you can pick the wedding dress that you really want and will look beautiful in.

If you have a year or more until your wedding day, here is a simple diet you can follow:

Since you have a year, you don’t have to worry about doing anything extreme. Start by cutting back on junk foods such as cookies and candy. Try to substitute those things with a healthier choice such as a 100% all natural fruit bar. All cut back on the sodas and other sugary drinks. They are full of empty calories and have no nutritional value. Just cutting out the soda will lead to weight loss.  I would also suggest you start working out at least 3 times a week. This way by the time your wedding gets here you will have the perfect body for your dream wedding.

What if your wedding is only 6 months away? Well that means you will have to take things up a notch. Because even though you have 6 months until the wedding, you only have like 4 months until you start having your dress made. If this is the case, you will have to be a little more serious with your eating habits. You should only be eating junk for once or twice a week.

You really have to make these few months count. It won’t be easy but it has to be done. Over the next 4 months, you should focus on eating plenty fruits and vegetables. Get your protein from chicken and fish such as salmon or tilapia. Never skip breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day. And instead of eating 3 large meals a day, start eating 5 to 6 smaller meals. This will keep your metabolism going strong so you can burn calories all day long. You can still workout 3 or 4 times a week as that should be plenty to help you reach your weight loss goal.

Now for those of you who have waited until the last minute to start trying to lose weight, this last section is for you. If you have 3 months or less until your wedding, then it’s time to get serious. At this point there is no room for snacking. You diet has to be very clean.

At this point you really only have about 8 weeks to reach your goal. Continue to eat 5 to 6 small meals everyday. You will also need to hit the gym at least 6 times a week. I know this sounds tough but if you want to lose weight and get in shape for your wedding, this is what you will have to do.
